The room was new. Location is close to Tong Lo BTS so it is super convenient. I liked the entrance with plenty of space to sit and rest.

Very convenient location, only 3-4 minutes walk from BTS Thong Lo. WiFi is first enough.

Hot water sometimes comes too hot and difficult to mix so that I can get suitable comfort temperature.

Staff were nice. Breakfast was enjoyable and plentiful, although the breakfast room could use a bit more natural light

The beds were really comfortable. Everything was very clean and the Staff were helpful and friendly. They did printing for us for example - nothing was too much trouble, very efficient.

It met all our needs for a city stopover

The hotel does not accept debit cards - although my bank card works in all of Thailand without problems - I do not know what is the problem with this hotel - the receptionist at the front desk does not speak English well, which made it difficult - my problem was that I did not have cash for withdrawal The machine cost me 240 baht extra.

Terrible breakfast for the price. Small size room. No service. No robe. I took a bath and the water did not go down....room looks cheap I moved out and live across the street on 68usd. Had a beautiful vintage room outside.

The location is at Tonglor and the price is reasonable.

Not sure if it is just our room, the toilet was very difficult to flash out. It was 4 attempts at the minimum each time to ensure it was clean.

The gym is as good as I've seen in a hotel.

The fact you have to use the adjacent sister hotel if you want to use the pool and you have to pay 300 THB.

I stayed here 3 years ago and really enjoyed the stay and familiarized with the Thong Lor area which I love so decided to give it a go ahead so I can hit the ground running. The location is tremendous especially if you don't want to live so close to the busier area up Sukhumvit. Thong Lor neighborhood and adjacent Ekkamai are heavily Japanese influenced so you get a bit of a mixed cultural vibe with limitless options for good eats and drinks in particular the most famous mango sticky rice spot in the city. The hotel is very close to Sukhumvit Road so it's only 5 min walking distance to the Thong Lo BTS station and with that you have quick metro access to all the mega malls like Centralworld, Siam Paragon, EmQuartier, Terminal 21 along the road. Breakfast buffet is ok...it was better 3 years ago

The physical location is great but it's tucked in next to the Nikko hotel so no driver in the city seems to know about this and google map doesn't either. So you have to let everyone know you are going to or to be picked up from the Nikko Hotel or else disaster ensues. Also the rooms are starting to show their age a little bit, the shower temperature was either ice cold or steamy hot. Again, for the price these are all manageable inconveniences.
